Large appliances (e.g. fridge freezers, range cookers) may have different delivery rates due to size and weight. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Free Shipping on Orders Over £500
Orders totalling £500 or more qualify for free standard delivery to mainland UK addresses. This is applied automatically at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and stock availability. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 2 pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses (England, Scotland, and Wales). Deliveries to the following areas may take longer or incur additional charges:

- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of Wight
If your delivery address is in one of these areas, we’ll contact you with any additional costs before dispatching your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. You can also check your order status anytime from your account page.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your appliance arrives damaged or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
