All products sold by Bambi Appliances are graded, ex-display, or refurbished household appliances. This means:

• Products may have minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dents, marks)
• All products are fully functional and PAT tested before dispatch
• Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the nature of graded stock
• Availability is subject to change without notice

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but any price confirmed at checkout will be honoured. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway at the time of order.

4. Orders and Delivery

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation by email
• We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days
• Delivery is available UK-wide; delivery times vary by location
• Large appliances are delivered on a pallet or by specialist courier
• You are responsible for checking the goods upon delivery and reporting any transit damage within 48 hours

5. Warranty

All products come with a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing and functional defects. The warranty does not cover cosmetic issues, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault.

6. Returns and Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• The product is in its original condition and packaging
• You notify us of your intention to return before the 14-day period expires
• You arrange and cover the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty)

If a product arrives faulty or is not as described, we will arrange a free collection and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice.

You may create an account to track orders and save your details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.
